Such information stems from the poems and writings of Ernst Jandl, Eugen Gomringer and Friedrich Achleitner: Literature as interference enrichment constitutes the artistic part of a communications system which the graphic artists of the company Baumann & Baumann conceived for the new buildings of the German parliament designed by Behnisch & Partner. Instead of a dominant guidance system, the designers created transparent information atuned to the architecture and only "visible" to those seeking orientation assistance. "lechts rinks" records conceptions and outcomes, shows details of a almsot four-year design process and simultaneously documents a central element of the interior design of the German parliament building in Bonn in its present form.
