Saturday, 14th September, 3 pm

Talk with Mark Gisbourne (Art Historian, Curator, Art Critic), Drew Hammond (Writer and Critic) and Lorenzo Puglisi (Artist) about the contemporary ideas of the ruins of painting, including a presentation of the monograph on Puglisi’s work and recently published in conjunction with the exhibition „Il Grande Sacrificio“ (Milan). The talk will be followed by a book signing by the artist and the author.

Artist Nanne Meyer in conversation with Lena Kiessler on Meyer’s new monograph publication of drawings Gute Gründe. Zeichnungen 1979–2019 (Hatje Cantz, 2019). Meyer explores the diverse relationships between word and image, with a primary focus on shifting processes, such as repetition, transformation, transparency, disappearance and becoming.
