Packaging is in accordance with technical and commercial standards.  

We shall determine the transportation method and itinerary. Shipment is usually effected by the DPD courier service or by mail.

Orders from Switzerland are filled by the Scheidegger delivery center in Affoltern, Switzerland.

The following special provisions apply to our Collector`s Editions:
Due to the considerable value of our Collectors’s Editions, delivery is effected by a courier service.

Packaging and dispatch from our company/delivery are at the customer’s cost. These charges are calculated as follows

Ordering from our company:
For every order, we charge the following shipment charges:

Germany: € 4.30 / Europe: € 9.00 / Worldwide: € 14.00

Delivery in Switzerland:

Shipping costs for private customers (Switzerland) will be charged as follows:

2 kg or less	>  CHF 8.00
2-5 kg	>  CHF 10.00
5-10 kg	>  CHF 13.00
10-20 kg	>  CHF 19.00
20-30 kg	>  CHF 26.00

For orders from €100,00 or CHF 100,00 for deliveries to Switzerland, we deliver within Europe free of charge.

These charges are per order. Any subsequent deliveries will be at our cost.

Titles to be published at a later date will be delivered to you as soon as it is published and you will only be charged at that time. Payment can be made by credit card or by advance invoice. (For credit card payments: If your credit card expires before the publication date, the title will not be reserved.) Subsequent deliveries are generally free of charge.

The following conditions apply to our Collector's Editions:

Delivery follows on receipt of payment (including courier costs) by invoice or credit card. Due to the value of the editions, delivery will be made by a designated courier service.

Additional delivery costs:
Germany: € 12.50
Abroad: International courier costs will be reckoned according to country of delivery. Editions will be delivered within a period of five work days after receipt of invoice payment.

Exported goods are not subject to Retail Price Maintenance, which is why varying sales prices in other European countries are possible. Designated price in Euro are only valid in Germany.

Delivery in Germany takes around one week, and between 5 and 30 working days for deliveries abroad according to destination.

The following special provisions apply to our Collector`s Editions: Articles will be shipped with 10 working days of receipt of payment.

The risk shall pass over to the customer as soon as the products are handed over to the shipping agent, carrier or the person or institution appointed to deliver the products.

Should a consignment not have been received one month following the order date at the latest, you must inform us in writing.

In case of mistaken deliveries or defectiveness, you must inform us of the return of the product. In any other case, the customer shall bear all risk of returning the product.

Payment can be made by credit card or by advance invoice.

Credit card payments:
If your credit card expires before the publication date, the title will not be reserved.

As of spring 2007 Switzerland no longer has fixed prices for books; the prices in Swiss francs indicated on our website are suggested retail prices.

The following special provisions apply to our Collector`s Editions:
Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer in advance of delivery. We deliver duty unpaid (DDU according to the INCOTERMS 2000). Buyer pays entry customs clearance, duties and taxes and costs of international banking transfer.
